    choose the items directly from the website or the product catalogue

2. customized order
    Offer your specifications, logos, and designs or samples,Tailai will manufacture as per the specifications or samples.

Order Procedure

1. customized order:

                                                            
    inquiry  ---  quotation  ---  approval sample confirmation  ---  order confirmation  ---  deposit paid

    ---  production  ---  down paymeht  ---  delivery

2. order from website or product catalogue directly:

     Order confirmation  ---  deposit paid  --- production  ---  down payment  ---  delivery

Payment

If payment amount under or equal to US$500, we accept paypal.

If payment amount under or equal to US$ 10,000 ,we accept 100% T/T or Western Union in advance.

If payment amount over US$10.000, we accept 30% T/T as deposit, down payment before delivery.

Notice on logo printing

If you need your own logo printed on the products, please note:

1) Offer the electric file of logo for printing ( in the format of AI or CDR)

2) If the file is not the format of AI or CDR, it can be transferred by Tailai freely.

3) Please note that there may be the discrepancy of 10 % between the color on the computer screen and the real products. It is permissible.
